L.I.E to Exit 70, turn right. Go to the end of Route. 111, where you will turn left onto Route 27 East (Sunrise Highway). Take exit 63 (the first exit you come to) to Westhampton Beach. Continue through 2 traffic lights until you reach a traffic circle. Go around the traffic circle and take the 3rd exit onto Mill Road, then continue to the end. Turn left onto Main Street, take the scond right onto Seafield Lane. The house on the left is the Seafield House.
